Know Your Rights Before You Play

By registering an account on b9gem, accessing the platform's website or mobile interface, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any b9gem service, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the b9gem registration process or, where applicable, from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the b9gem Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

b9gem reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and verification of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is permitted to hold a single b9gem account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b9gem reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Your b9gem account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials — including your username and password — with any other person, nor permit any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf. b9gem accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your b9gem account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b9gem support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

b9gem may suspend, restrict, or close any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires b9gem to do so.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

All financial transactions on b9gem are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9gem supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. b9gem reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on b9gem is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your b9gem wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. b9gem does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which b9gem accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Before a withdrawal is processed, b9gem may require completion of KYC verification, including confirmation that the withdrawal method is in the same name as the registered account holder. b9gem reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal.

Withdrawal restrictions: Funds deposited via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method. Where this is not technically possible, b9gem will offer an alternative at its discretion. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if the associated account has pending bonus wagering requirements, an open fraud investigation, or an active KYC review.

b9gem is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, mobile payment network outages, or issues with third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not reflect in your b9gem wallet within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

b9gem offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting promotions), and maximum bet restrictions during bonus play.

General bonus conditions that apply to all b9gem promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your real-money wallet and withdrawn.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic betting strategies, multi-accounting, collusion, or other means identified as bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All casino games on the b9gem platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are published on the game information pages within the b9gem lobby. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories whose reports are available upon request.

Live dealer games on b9gem stream from studios operated by licensed game providers including Evolution and similar industry-standard providers. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9gem platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one b9gem account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering strategies, matched betting across accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game — particularly poker or live dealer titles — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using b9gem for the purpose of laundering illicitly obtained funds. b9gem operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by an underage person.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with b9gem support.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9gem platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any b9gem content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on b9gem content.
• Use any b9gem trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies association with or endorsement by b9gem.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract any data from the b9gem platform.

Any unauthorised use of b9gem intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gem and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the b9gem platform.

b9gem makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While b9gem takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. b9gem will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

b9gem's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your b9gem wallet at the time the claim arises.

b9gem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the b9gem Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to your use of the platform include:

• Personal data collected at registration and during KYC is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the b9gem platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to b9gem's international licensing jurisdiction. b9gem operates under international online gaming licensing standards.
